A walk-off single from Iggy Suarez brought home the winning run for the Sugar Land Skeeters (38-48) in a 6-5 victory over the Camden Riversharks (42-42) in 10 innings at Constellation Field, Sugar Land on Saturday.
It was a good day at the plate for the Sugar Land Skeeters' Suarez. Suarez went 2-5 and drove in one. He singled in the fifth and tenth innings.
Josh Pressley racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Sugar Land Skeeters. He homered in the second inning.
Gary Majewski improved to 4-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Sugar Land Skeeters. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered three hits.
Spencer Steedley couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Camden Riversharks, taking a loss. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
