Both the Camden Riversharks (41-40) and the Lancaster Barnstormers (52-30) put runners aboard on Wednesday, but it was the Camden Riversharks that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 2-1 win at Campbells Field.

Eduardo Perez had two extra-base hits for the Camden Riversharks. He doubled in the first inning and homered in the third inning.

Mike McGuire got the win for the Camden Riversharks thanks to seven strikeouts. McGuire allowed one earned run, six hits and one walk over 7 2/3 innings.

Dwayne Pollok was effective even in defeat, mowing down 12 the Camden Riversharks batters and allowing two runs.

Pollok (7-1) took the loss for the Lancaster Barnstormers.
