The Bridgeport Bluefish (31-39) continued to pile up the runs on Sunday, scoring four runs in the last three innings, en route to an easy 16-6 win over the Sugar Land Skeeters (29-41) at Constellation Field, Sugar Land.

The Bridgeport Bluefish scored four runs in the fourth on an RBI single by Elliott Ayala, a two-run triple by Kennard Jones, and a sacrifice fly by Eddie Rogers.

Ayala racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Bridgeport Bluefish.

Jason Lane racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Sugar Land Skeeters. He singled in the fourth inning and homered in the sixth inning.

Raymar Diaz got the win, running his season record to 2-7. He allowed three runs over six innings. He struck out three, walked one and surrendered seven hits.

Scott Kazmir (0-1) took the loss for the Sugar Land Skeeters. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed two runs.

The Bridgeport Bluefish easily handled the Sugar Land Skeeters pitching as seven hitters combined for 17 hits, 15 RBIs and 15 runs scored.
