The Long Island Ducks scored on a solo home run by Josh Johnson in the fifth inning, an RBI single by Johnson in the sixth inning, and an RBI single by Matt Esquivel and an RBI single by Reid Gorecki in the seventh inning. Despite their efforts, the Long Island Ducks couldn't get over the hump.
