A walk-off solo home run from Charlie Lisk brought home the winning run for the River City Rascals (19-13) in a 3-2 victory over the Gateway Grizzlies in 11 innings at T. R. Hughes Ballpark on Thursday.

It was a good day at the plate for the River City Rascals' Lisk. Lisk went 1-5, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the eleventh inning.

Preston Vancil handled the Gateway Grizzlies (16-16)'s lineup with ease, racking up 10 strikeouts. Vancil allowed two earned runs, four hits and two walks over seven innings.

Dustin Umberger recorded his third win of the year for the River City Rascals. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Gil Rehwinkel was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
