A walk-off single from Garrett Myers brought home the winning run for the Lower Columbia (35-12) in a 2-1 victory over the Pierce at David Story Field - Longview, W on Friday.
Myers racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Lower Columbia. He singled in the ninth inning.
Kade Kryzsko reached base three times. He singled in the fourth inning and doubled in the ninth inning.
Tyler Parsons allowed one earned run, five hits and one walk while striking out two over 8 1/3 innings of work.
Keenan Lum pitched eight innings and allowed two earned runs, seven hits and three walks while striking out four.
Max Tilton improved to 4-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Lower Columbia. Tilton struck out none, walked none and gave up one hit.
Lum couldn't get it done on the mound for the Pierce (32-15), taking a loss.
