Steven Borkowski kept the White Sands Pupfish (21-31) off the board during his six innings of work and the Tucson Saguaros (37-13) beat the White Sands Pupfish, 4-0.

Borkowski struck out four and allowed three walks and three hits.

Michael Morris boosted his batting average thanks to a perfect 3-3 day at the plate to pace the Tucson Saguaros. He singled in the fifth, seventh, and eighth innings.

A bright spot for the White Sands Pupfish in the defeat was Anthony Pastrana, who allowed only one run while striking out five.

Pastrana couldn't get it done on the hill for the White Sands Pupfish, taking a loss.
