The California Bees outdone by Orlando and the South Bay Storm, 8-4

Dominic Orlando had two extra base hits as the South Bay Storm (18-10) took home an 8-4 victory over the California Bees (10-16) in seven innings at Terra Linda HS on Tuesday.

He doubled in the third inning, singled in the fourth inning, and homered in the sixth inning.

Sam Davison did his best to jumpstart the offense for the California Bees, reaching base three times. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the first inning.

Connor Taylor got the win, running his season record to 4-0. He allowed four runs over six innings. He struck out five, walked four and surrendered four hits.

Cole Goetz was charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked six and struck out two.

The South Bay Storm were sparked by Connor Fabing and Orlando, who teamed up for five hits and eight RBIs.
