Zach Wall clubbed two home runs to carry the Atwater Aviators (7-7) to a 6-2 win over the California Bees (5-8) at Terra Linda HS.

The Atwater Aviators came out swinging, scoring three runs in the first inning to jump ahead of the California Bees early. A three-run home run by Wall delivered the runs in the first. The Atwater Aviators had three hits in the inning.

Eddie Machado's seven strikeouts were enough to push the Atwater Aviators past the California Bees. Machado allowed one earned run, four hits and two walks over six innings.

Sam Davison led the California Bees' offensive threat, as he got on base two times in the game. He scored one run and had one RBI. He homered in the first inning.

Colby Morris ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed five runs.

The Atwater Aviators' Wall, Hunter Reade and Liam Rihella combined for six hits and six RBIs.
