A magnificent effort by Juan Avila carried the Lake Erie Crushers (7-2) to a 16-1 win over the Windy City ThunderBolts (9-2) on Wednesday at Standard Bank Stadium.
Avila racked up six RBIs on four hits for the Lake Erie Crushers. He singled in the fifth inning and homered in the second, sixth, and eighth innings.
