Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Saturday as the Shoreline (11-21) outscored the Douglas (5-16) 11-8.
The two teams combined for 25 hits in the game.
Chantz Justice was solid at the plate for the Shoreline. Justice went 2-3 and scored two runs. He singled in the fourth and sixth innings and homered in the seventh inning.
The Douglas had no answer for Max Dwyer, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Dwyer held the Douglas hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.
Tyler Navoni got the win, running his season record to 1-1. He allowed four runs over one-third of an inning. Navoni struck out none, walked one and gave up four hits.
Jacob Robazza was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked none, struck out three, and allowed one run.
