The Spokane make the most of 9 hits in 3-2 victory over the Clackamas

Both the Spokane (8-3) and the Clackamas (2-5) put runners aboard on Friday, but it was the Spokane that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 3-2 win at Clackamas Community College Sof.

Jordan Ross got a hit in each of his five at bats. He singled in the first, fourth, sixth, and ninth innings.

Mitch Guiberson pitched lights out for the Spokane. The Clackamas managed just three hits off of Guiberson, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out two during his five innings of work.

Despite the loss, the Clackamas' Chris Painter dominated the Spokane's batters, giving up zero runs and striking out six.

Andrew Fine (0-1) took the loss for the Clackamas. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
