Michael Hur had two extra base hits, helping the West Division (1-0) to a 4-2 victory over the East Division (0-1) on Wednesday at Schaumburg Boomers Stadium.

Austin Wobrock was hot from the plate for the East Division. Wobrock went 2-2 and scored one run. He singled in the fifth inning.

Kyle Brueggemann got the win, running his season record to 1-0. Brueggemann struck out one, walked none and gave up no hits.

Kramer Champlin was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed three runs.

The West Division were sparked by Curran Redal and Hur, who teamed up for four hits and three RBIs.
