Christian Leung was cold coming off the bench, but Leung warmed up quickly as Leung stroked a key pinch-hit double in the one to lead the Alameda Merchants (18-12) to an 18-3 win over the South Bay Storm (12-22) on Wednesday at College of Alameda.

With the Alameda Merchants trailing by one in the first inning, Leung came to the plate and doubled, plating Thomas Peter.

Leung racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Alameda Merchants.

The Alameda Merchants continued to pile on the runs until the end of the game. The Alameda Merchants scored six runs in the last three innings to finish off the blowout win.
