Ozney Guillen got on base two times in the game for the Normal CornBelters. He singled in the fifth inning.

Chris Carmain struck out six, paving the way for a the Normal CornBelters win. Carmain allowed one earned run, five hits and no walks over seven innings.

Dane Phillips had two extra-base hits for the Evansville Otters. He singled in the seventh inning and doubled in the second and ninth innings.
