The Washington Wild Things (25-32)'s three first-inning runs built an early lead that helped bring home a 6-3 win over the Lake Erie Crushers (23-31) on Thursday at CONSOL Energy Park.

Brad Zambron couldn't get it done on the hill for the Lake Erie Crushers, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked two and struck out three.
