The Florence Freedom (24-27) continued to pile up the runs on Sunday, scoring three runs in the last three innings, on the way to a 12-3 landslide win over the Schaumburg Boomers (22-29) at Schaumburg Boomers Stadium.
A home run by Sam Eberle helped the Florence Freedom score four runs in the fifth. The Florence Freedom had two hits in the inning.
