Marquis Riley went a perfect 4-4 at the dish for the Windy City ThunderBolts. He singled in the fourth and sixth innings and doubled in the first and seventh innings.

Craig Massey racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Schaumburg Boomers. He tripled in the second inning and singled in the sixth inning.

James Ferguson improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Windy City ThunderBolts. He allowed one run over 2 1/3 innings. Ferguson struck out three, walked two and gave up two hits.

Kamakani Usui couldn't get it done on the mound for the Schaumburg Boomers, taking a loss. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
