Zac Fuesser brought the heat against the Schaumburg Boomers during his outing. The Schaumburg Boomers managed just two hits off of Fuesser, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his five innings of work.
Heith Hatfield got the win, running his season record to 1-0. Hatfield struck out two, walked none and gave up one hit.
