Chris Sweeney had two extra base hits as the Evansville Otters (15-9) took home a 4-1 victory over the Rockford Aviators (10-14) at Bosse Field on Friday.

Preston Olson struck out eight hitters en route to the the Evansville Otters win. Olson allowed one earned run on five hits and two walks over six innings.

Despite the loss, the Rockford Aviators' Kyle Brueggemann dominated the Evansville Otters' batters, giving up two runs and striking out six.

Kyle Dhanani was solid at the plate for the Rockford Aviators. Dhanani went 3-4 and drove in one. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the fourth and ninth innings.

Brueggemann (0-3) was the game's losing pitcher.
