Stetson's walk-off single send the Windy City ThunderBolts home winners, 4-3

A walk-off single from Ty Stetson brought home the winning run for the Windy City ThunderBolts (9-10) in a 4-3 victory over the Gateway Grizzlies at Standard Bank Stadium on Friday.

Stetson was solid at the plate for the Windy City ThunderBolts. Stetson went 1-4 and drove in one. He singled in the ninth innings.

Andrew Brauer racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Windy City ThunderBolts. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the seventh and ninth innings.

Jessie Snodgrass put together a nice outing. Snodgrass held the Gateway Grizzlies (13-7) hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out three.

A bright spot for the Gateway Grizzlies in the defeat was Tucker Jensen, who allowed only two runs while striking out seven.

Victor Larez recorded his first win of the year for the Windy City ThunderBolts. Larez struck out two, walked none and gave up one hit.

Richard Barrett was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
