A walk-off double from Stewart Ijames brought home the winning run for the Washington Wild Things (9-4) in a 4-3 victory over the Windy City ThunderBolts (7-6) in 11 innings at CONSOL Energy Park on Friday.

Ijames paced the Washington Wild Things at the plate. Ijames went 1-5 and drove in one. He doubled in the eleventh inning.

C.J. Beatty racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Washington Wild Things. He singled in the first inning and homered in the eighth inning.

Scott Dunn pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, three hits and one walk while striking out three.

Alfonso Yevoli improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Washington Wild Things. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Jordan Mejia (0-1) took the loss for the Windy City ThunderBolts. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed one run.
