The Grand Prairie AirHogs survive the Kansas City T-Bones 7-5 thanks to King's late-game heroics

Aaron King brought home the go-ahead run to give the Grand Prairie AirHogs (3-7) the lead in the seventh inning, as the Grand Prairie AirHogs hung on to beat the Kansas City T-Bones (3-8) 7-5 on Tuesday.

With the score tied at four, King came to the plate and homered, scoring Andres Rodriguez and Juan M. Richardson.

King racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Grand Prairie AirHogs. He singled in the first and third innings, doubled in the fifth inning, and homered in the seventh inning.

Felix Molina had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He singled in the third inning and doubled in the fourth and ninth innings.

David Quinowski improved to 1-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Grand Prairie AirHogs. Quinowski struck out two, walked one and gave up no hits.

Ethan Cole ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed two runs.
