Johnny Omahen kept the Frontier Greys (27-49) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Traverse City Beach Bums (46-30) beat the Frontier Greys, 3-0.

Omahen struck out five and allowed one walk and five hits.

Jose Vargas racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Traverse City Beach Bums. He singled in the fifth innings and doubled in the seventh inning.

A bright spot for the Frontier Greys in the defeat was Casey Delgado, who allowed only three runs while striking out nine.

Delgado (1-5) took the loss for the Frontier Greys.
