The Lake Erie Crushers take out the Rockford Aviators with help from Hidalgo, 8-4

Anderson Hidalgo went 2-5 and hit a home run as the Lake Erie Crushers (11-16) took home an 8-4 victory over the Rockford Aviators (6-20) at Aviator Stadium on Sunday.

He homered in the third inning and singled in the fourth inning.

Chase Larsson racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Rockford Aviators. He homered in the seventh inning and singled in the second and ninth innings.

Alex Kaminsky improved to 2-3 on the year by picking up the win for the Lake Erie Crushers. He allowed three runs over seven innings. He struck out five, walked two and surrendered seven hits.

Jon Gulbransen couldn't get it done on the mound for the Rockford Aviators, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in four innings, walked four and struck out two.
