The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs need walk-off single to beat the Bridgeport Bluefish, 8-7

A walk-off single from Wladimir Sutil brought home the winning run for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs (13-19) in an 8-7 victory over the Bridgeport Bluefish (13-18) at Regency Furniture Stadium on Tuesday.

Sutil racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs. He singled in the fourth and ninth innings.

It was a good day at the plate for the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs' Renny Osuna. Osuna went 3-5, drove in one and scored two runs. He tripled in the third inning and singled in the first and seventh innings.

Austin Krum had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the fourth inning and tripled in the sixth inning.

Jim Ed Warden got the win, running his season record to 2-0. He struck out none, walked none and surrendered one hit.

TyRelle Harris (1-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.
