The Camden Riversharks (0-2) had a tough outing on Saturday, as the Lancaster Barnstormers (2-0) dominated in a 6-0 win at Clipper Magazine.
The Lancaster Barnstormers scored three runs in the fourth on an RBI double by Travis Denker, an RBI triple by Ryan Harvey, and an RBI single by Olmo Rosario.
Harvey had two extra-base hits for the Lancaster Barnstormers.
The Camden Riversharks had no answer for Jay Buente, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Camden Riversharks managed just three hits off of the the Lancaster Barnstormers' pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his five innings of work.
Keith Weiser was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
The Lancaster Barnstormers were sparked by Jerry Owens and Harvey, who teamed up for six hits and two RBIs.
