Jeff Kosta knocked in three runs as the Burlington Twins (1-1) took home a 7-2 victory over the Brantford Red Sox (1-1) at Nelson Park on Saturday.

Matthew St. Kitts picked up the win for the Burlington Twins. St. Kitts pitched 7 2/3 innings and allowed one earned run, six hits and two walks while striking out one.

Nathan Forer was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out six, and allowed four runs.
