Coach "Mac" has been a member of the Everett Merchant coaching staff since 2010. In November 2010, he was elected president of the Pacific International League and served in that role for four seasons.

He has coached six years at the NWAACC level, at Edmonds Community College (2010-2013) and at Everett Community College (2006-2007). He was a member of the Trojans staff that made it to the NWAACC Tournament in 2006. At Edmonds, the Tritons won the Northern Division Championship and then made an appearance in the NWAACC Tournament in 2010. In his NWAACC coaching career, he has coached several players who would go onto sign professional contracts, two players who have appeared in the major leagues and over 40 players who went onto play baseball at a 4-year school.

Was the General Manager / Associate Head Coach for NWAACC USA team won a bronze medal at the 2013 World Baseball Challenge in Prince George, BC.

He earned degree in marketing and a minor in sports management from the Washington State University in 1997.

He is currently the Vice-President of Business and Baseball Operations for CSH International, which owns and operates seven franchises (four hockey teams, and four baseball teams).  The Washington State University graduate has also done work with the Everett Silvertips, the Seattle Seahawks, Football Northwest, the Great West League, Cougar Athletics, Football Northwest, Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association, the FirstSwing Foundation and is on the board of the Everett Badges For Baseball / Cal Ripken Jr Baseball Camp.

Mike and his wife, Stacey, resides in Edmonds with their daughter Molly and son Billy.
