Zach will make his Bluefish debut during his second season in the Atlantic League and eighth of professional baseball. Braddock started this year with the Lancaster Barnstormers and in nine games he had a 2.00 ERA with one save and 10 strikeouts in nine innings pitched. Last season, the left-hander also pitched for the Barnstormers appearing in 10 games finishing two of them while striking out eight in 5.2 innings pitched.

The 26-year-old spent the first six seasons of his professional career in the Milwaukee Brewers minor league organization before playing in the Major Leagues during 2010 and 2011 seasons. In 2010 while with the Brewers, Braddock appeared on 46 games, finishing four of them while registering a 2.94 ERA and striking out 41 batters in 33.2 innings pitched. The southpaw has appeared in 71 total MLB games, finishing eight of them while compiling a 4.41 ERA with 59 strikeouts in 51 innings pitched.

Braddock was drafted by the Brewers in the 18th round of the 2005 MLB Draft. During his career, he has appeared in 111 minor league games (32 starts), recording three saves with a 3.73 ERA and 316 strikeouts over the course of 239 innings pitched.
