Anderson started in 13 games and appeared in two more for Georgia State in 2014, going 5-5 with a team-high 74.2 innings pitched, striking out 33 batters and holding opponents to a .328 batting average while registering a 6.27 ERA for the Panthers. 

Before Georgia State: Transfer from Gordon State College, going 8-6 with a 2.74 ERA, allowing 65 hits in 72.1 innings pitched and throwing five complete games…Graduate of Loganville High School, compiling an 11-0 record as a senior with a 1.20 ERA and 93 strikeouts in 66 innings pitched.
