2013 (FRESHMAN): A PERFECT GAME COLLEGIATE LEAGUE SUMMER ALL-STAR GAME SELECTION...A two-way player for the Aggies in his first collegiate season...Hit .356 in 45 at-bats as a first baseman while recording a 5.48 ERA in 44.1 innings as a left-handed reliever and midweek starter...Made 15 pitching appearances with three starts...Struck out 23 batters while issuing 10 walks...Tossed a career-best seven innings in a Tuesday start against rival Sacramento State, allowing two runs on seven hits with three strikeouts and no walks...Also saw some at first base and as a pinch hitter...His .356 batting average was the fifth best in the Big West among players with 40-or-more at-bats...Made 21 appearances in the field, with 10 starts...Recorded 16 hits with two doubles, one triple, seven runs scored and three RBIs...Redshirted as a tight end on the football team in the fall.
