Mark is a St. Albert native and is part of that elite group of locally developed players that have been drafted by a Major League Team.  Randall was selected by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 1989 draft and spent 5 seasons playing professional baseball in the southern States.   Mark was a pitcher on that Team Canada that Gord Gerlach helped coach at the Pan-Am Games in Winnipeg back in ’99.  Randall’s coaching credits include his position with Team Canada he’s had since 2002 and lists the World Championship and Olympic Qualifiers as some of his career highlight.
