Cook began his college baseball career with the Santa Fe Saints before moving to the Winthrop Eagles for his junior year.  At Santa Fe, Cook was named to the World Series All-Tournament Team, knocking in six RBI’s and holding a .346 batting average in the series.  With a batting average of .324 for his career at Santa Fe, Cook drove in 56 RBI’s and holds the career record for most runs scored with 113.  Cook has a keen eye at the plate, coming in second in walks with 74 in his career in Santa Fe.  Currently with Winthrop, Cook is continue to show his offensive capabilities with a .364 batting average, 40 runs, and 35 RBI’s in 47 games.
