2021 is Peyton Isaacson's third professional season and first with the ThunderBolts. He was signed on February 14, 2020. Isaacson spent his first two years playing in Joliet, one in the Frontier League and one in the City of Champions Cup. After appearing in 60 games as a rookie with the Slammers, he hit .277 over 15 games with the Chicago Deep Dish in 2020.
Isaacson played collegiately at St. Leo University for two years, hitting a combined .337 with 21 home runs and 99 RBIs in 98 games. His first two years of college were spent at Coastal Carolina University. As a freshman with the Chanticleers, he was part of the team that won the College World Series. He was a starter as a sophomore and finished with a .240 batting average and .342 on-base percentage. Peyton attended Galesburg High School in Galesburg, Illinois.
