Justin enters his second season on the mound with the Schooners. Last season in Mystic, he threw 25 innings during 11 appearances in relief and three starts while posting a 4.15 ERA and picked up 16 strikeouts. Justin was a two-sport varsity athlete in high school, playing four years of football and four years of baseball, but decided to continue with his career in baseball. In his senior year alone, he pitched fifty-eight innings with a stunning 0.24 ERA and only ten walks. Justin was the All-Scholastic Daily News Player of the Year as well as his team MVP.
