Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Wednesday as the El Paso Diablos (44-43) outscored the Wichita Wingnuts (51-38) 14-9.

The two teams combined for 34 hits in the game.

The game was back-and-forth heading into the eighth, with five lead changes.

Reid Fronk racked up three RBIs on three hits for the El Paso Diablos. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the sixth and eighth innings.

Justin Harper improved to 4-1 on the year by picking up the win for the El Paso Diablos. Harper struck out none, walked none and gave up one hit.

Jared Simon couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Wichita Wingnuts, taking a loss. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked one, struck out none, and allowed five runs.
