Jake Fisher kept the Joliet Slammers (7-8) off the board during his eight innings of work and the Windy City ThunderBolts (11-3) beat the Joliet Slammers, 7-1.

Fisher struck out five and allowed four walks and four hits.

The Windy City ThunderBolts blew out the Joliet Slammers thanks to 10 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Windy City ThunderBolts scored three runs in the eighth on the Windy City ThunderBolts scored in the eighth on a solo home run by Cody Keefer, a solo home run by Corey Bass, and a wild pitch.
