Tuesday was a great day for Chris Haddeland, as Haddeland struck out 10 batters to carry the Swift Current Indians (2-2) to a 5-1 victory over the Yorkton Cardinals (2-1) at Mitchell Field.

Kevin Czarnecki was hot from the plate for the Swift Current Indians. Czarnecki went 2-4 and scored three runs. He singled in the second and sixth innings.

Aaron Dick (0-1) took the loss for the Yorkton Cardinals. He lasted just six innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
