The Trinidad Triggers outdone by Gee and the Alpine Cowboys, 7-6

Colby Gee knocked in five runs as the Alpine Cowboys (22-15) took home a 7-6 victory over the Trinidad Triggers (24-12) at Central Park on Sunday.

He homered in the seventh inning and singled in the fifth and eighth innings.

Brian Frazier had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He homered in the second inning and doubled in the third inning.

Chris Rogers got the win, running his season record to 2-0. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Justin Mauldin (0-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just two innings, walked one, struck out four, and allowed two runs.
