Logan Lotti had two extra base hits, helping the Douglas Diablos (18-21) to a 7-3 victory over the Alpine Cowboys (29-13) on Saturday.
He singled in the fourth inning and doubled in the seventh inning.The Douglas Diablos relied on Ryan Lubreski to eat up innings en route to the win. Lubreski allowed two earned runs, five hits and one walk while striking out three over seven innings of work.
Brett Kennedy (4-2) took the loss for the Alpine Cowboys. He lasted just six innings, walked none, struck out seven, and allowed five runs.
