Stewart's walk-off solo blast send the Moose Jaw Miller Express home winners, 8-7

A walk-off solo home run from Hank Stewart brought home the winning run for the Moose Jaw Miller Express (18-19) in an 8-7 victory over the Saskatoon Yellow Jackets in 10 innings at Ross Wells Park on Wednesday.

Stewart paced the Moose Jaw Miller Express at the plate. Stewart went 1-5, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the tenth inning.

Jake Moore rocked the Moose Jaw Miller Express with two home runs. Moore went 3-4 in the game with five RBIs and two runs scored. Moore homered in the third and fifth innings.

Paul McMahon improved to 2-2 on the year by picking up the win for the Moose Jaw Miller Express. McMahon struck out two, walked none and gave up one hit.

Bryce Bush was charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out one, and allowed one run.

The Moose Jaw Miller Express' Ben Bridges, Stewart, Matt Benn and Michael Corso combined for seven hits and seven RBIs.
