Rodrigues' walk-off single send the Okotoks Dawgs home winners, 4-3

A walk-off single from Thomas Rodrigues brought home the winning run for the Okotoks Dawgs (21-7) in a 4-3 victory over the Lethbridge Bulls in 11 innings at Seaman Stadium on Thursday.

Rodrigues was hot from the plate for the Okotoks Dawgs. Rodrigues went 2-5, drove in one and scored one run. He doubled in the first inning and singled in the eleventh inning.

Sean Kettering racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Okotoks Dawgs. He doubled in the third inning.

Codi Scanlon brought the heat against the Lethbridge Bulls (13-17) during his outing. The Lethbridge Bulls managed just one hit off of Scanlon, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out two during his 2 2/3 innings of work.

Shawn Andersen got the win, running his season record to 2-0. He struck out three, walked one and surrendered no hits.

Mac Major couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Lethbridge Bulls, taking a loss. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
