Mann joined the Crabs rotation after pitching in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization at Inland Empire earlier this year, going 3-0 with a 4.13 ERA. He spent all of 2009 at Double-A Montgomery in the Tampa Bay Rays farm system. There he went 7-9 with a 4.44 ERA in 27 games and 21 starts. Mann entered 2010 with a 26-41 overall record, and a 4.29 ERA in 105 games and 87 starts. Now in his seventh professional season, Mann was drafted by the Rays in 2002.
