Moriarty returns to the Chinooks staff after assisting Morgan in 2013 and 2014.  He also assists Morgan at CUW where he has served as the team’s recruiting coordinator and pitching coach.  Moriarty’s personable approach to pitchers made a deep impression on a Chinooks staff that posted a 3.27 ERA and allowed him to work well with college pitchers from a variety of coaching philosophies.  For his efforts, Moriarty was recognized as the top coach in the NWL for 2014.  Moriarty brings playing experience from a college career at St. Scholastic, a professional season with the St. Paul Saints in 2009, and two seasons with the Madison Mallards - including 2004 when the Mallards captured the Northwoods championship.
