Jim Kimbal ATC, LAT, LMT, CSCS Respiratory, Developmental, Rehabilitative and Restorative Service Practitioner
Jim R. Kimbal has been a key member of every Goldpanners team since 1992, when he first began operating the team training staff. Jim has played a role in the careers of many future MLB players, including Jeff DaVanon, Jose Cruz, Jr., Michael Young, David Gassner, Jason Lane, Jacque Jones, Travis Lee, Brooks Conrad, Brendan Ryan, and many more. Also, a significant number of assistants have gone on to professional careers following their stay with the Goldpanners. Jim has long been a proponent of technology as a means of analysis, rehabilitation, and injury prevention. In addition to serving as head of the Goldpanners' training staff, he is also team trainer for the Fairbanks Ice Dogs hockey club.
