Connor Lyons is from Bedford, New Hampshire and currently attends Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. He will be returning to the Silver Knights for his second season alongside brother and fellow outfielder Sean Lyons.
Growing up he liked watching Rocket Power and hanging out with his friends. He hopes to one day visit London, England.
Connor led Northeastern University in hitting his freshman year with a .356 avg.
While in high school he was named 2009 Division V Player of the Year in both football and baseball.
The best field he has ever played on is a tie between Fenway Park and JetBlue Park.
It's not a surprise his most memorable experience was playing the Red Sox during spring training last year.
Two summers ago, he broke his nose sliding into second base, which he considers the most embarrassing moment he's had in baseball.
His favorite player in the MLB is Red Sox outfielder Jacoby Ellsbury.
