Parker Pillsbury is a left-handed outfielder and pitcher from Inverness, Florida returning for his second season in the Florida Collegiate Summer League. Last season for the Leesburg Lightning, Parker was often found at the top of the order due to his speed and knack for getting on base. In 32 games, he slashed an impressive .297/.398/.465 with 5 home runs, 17 RBI and 9 stolen bases. On the mound, he struck out 12 batters in just 7.1 innings, while pitching to the tune of a 2.45 ERA. In college, Pillsbury got things going in Chipola College in 2019, appearing in 31 games. As a pitcher, he made 12 starts in 13 appearances, putting together a 4-1 record while striking out 36 in 42.1 innings. Additionally, he knocked in 7 runs on five hits at the plate. Parker then joined Southern Wesleyan University for the 2020 season and continued his two-way play.
