In his first season of pro baseball...Finished 2016 as member of Pecos League champion Tucson Saguaros, where he was 6-0 with a 3.68 ERA in 10 starts, including complete games in his first two stars of the season...Struck out 40 in 63.2 innings with a WHIP of 1.382...Also hit a homer and a double in 32 at bats...Began his college career locally at Napa Valley College before moving on to Avila University in Kansas City, where he went 7-6 with a 3.84 ERA in 2016 durign his senior season, striking out 71 in 79.2 IP...Graduated from Napa High School in 2012.
