The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks (31-21) outlasted the Grand Prairie AirHogs (37-16) on Friday after six lead changes, squeaking out a 12-7 win at Newman Outdoor Field.
The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks took the lead in the eighth inning and held on for the victory. An error scored Todd Jennings and gave the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks the lead for good.
Ryan Delgado racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks. He singled in the third inning, doubled in the eighth inning, and homered in the eighth inning.
Kenny Held had a busy day at the plate, collecting three extra-base hits. He homered in the second inning and tripled in the fifth and seventh innings.
Tony Davis got the win, running his season record to 2-0. He allowed one run over two innings. Davis struck out one, walked one and gave up two hits.
Ronnie Morales couldn't get it done on the bump for the Grand Prairie AirHogs, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in 1 1/3 innings, walked none and struck out two.
